The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak means that life has changed a lot for families over the past few weeks. These changes may lead to feelings of uncertainty, stress and anxiety for both us and our children. It is important to remember that it is okay to feel this way and everyone reacts differently to these challenging situations.

It is also important to know where to turn for help and support. Kingsley will continue to maintain regular communication with all families to offer help and assistance whenever it is needed.

There are also many organisations and charities that offer guidance on how to protect our own mental health and that of our children, and offer ideas to support positive wellbeing during the current measures and beyond.
