Please feel free to contact school for any support or advice from the family support team.
Areas in which the team can support are as follows;
Home visits or meetings can be arranged with any of the team.
Support at meetings or appointments.
Liaison between parent/carer and school.
Liaison between agencies.
Organise multi-professional meetings on behalf of parents/carers
Parent training.
Referrals to other agencies.
Support with form filling.
Cup of tea and a chat.
