Here are some ideas for learning activities to develop different skills and have lots of fun whilst your child is learning at home. They are part of the unit on PENGUINS! There are ideas for Communication and literacy skills Numeracy at three different levels from the earliest level - Explorers , to Adventurers then Voyagers level - Art Physical activities They are designed to keep your child engaged and practicing core skills and learning to learn skills! There is no pressure to complete all (or any) please do what feels right for your child and family. Many of the activities will be suitable to do several times The activities are quite flexible, so you can choose what you feel will be useful for your child on a particular day. You might choose to do a literacy and PE activity on one day and art and maths activities the next. You might like to note what/ how your child has done with the activities. We’d love to see your work when you have completed your activities! Some timetable symbols are included, which can be cut up and used to plan your child’s day.
