How does the food you consume affect your wellbeing?

In this topic we started off by exploring different foods and how they made us feel, we tried foods that made us happy like crisps and sweets but we also tried foods that weren't as pleasant such as horseradish and vinegar. We looked at different food groups and how we can use them to make a healthy diet, we used this information to create our own menus. We began to research how foods are made and which foods are processed and unprocessed, this gave us an idea of some healthier alternatives for the foods we had chosen.
