We have had a very busy autumn term in blue Jellyfish, despite COVID making an appearance every now and then, we have still managed to have lots of fun and have also enjoyed getting to know each other.
In numeracy we have been learning about a variety of topics; length, weight and number to name a few.
In literacy we have enjoyed focusing on the story 'The gingerbread man' and completing lots of activities related to this.
Within our bugs sessions, we have been looking at bugs under microscopes, looking a bug fossils and we have even been on a bug hunt!
For the green cross code, we have been practicing our skills of starting and stopping in response to visual signs and have enjoyed watching 'the king of the road' hedgehog safety videos on YouTube!
In dish it up we have been using vegetables to print and paint with and we have also been using our cutting skills to cut up many different vegetables and have been tasting them as well.
In wrap it up, we have played pass the parcel, wrapped presents and even made our own wrapping paper!
